The BE312 Cupholder control unit can be used in undercover police operations as well as in any special-operations vehicle with a lack of space for installing control units. Fitting the unit into a standard cup allows for easy mounting into an existing cup holder. So it is optimally positioned near the driver and can also be easily fixed. The function and symbols of the 12 function keys can be configured and arranged according to customer requirements. As with the proven HBE300 and BE304, in addition to CAN components, configurable inputs and outputs can be used for the evaluation or control of analogue components/signals. RDF-tec was founded in 2014 as a GbR. A few years and many successful vehicle projects later, we were able to take the step to found RDF-tec GmbH in 2021 by taking over the business of the former partnership. In the meantime, we have been able to relocate our production site from Waidhaus to Burglengenfeld. The new location is approx. 20 minutes north of Regensburg and has good transport connections. Here we can produce emergency vehicles under top conditions.
